Welcome to the iCommerce System!

This system is designed to allow users to list items for sale. Each merchant can have their own shop or multiple shops depending on the merchant's group permissions.

  • Create item specific shop(s)
  • Set up disclaimer per shop
  • Require consumers to agree to shop disclaimer before entering
  • List items within your shop(s)
  • Upload images for your items
  • Allow/disallow commenting per item
  • Set up price, discount, tax, shipping & handling, and stock quantity
  • Full BB Code description
  • Track all payments sent/received
  • Populate and print client lists
  • Urban-chickens.com is not responsible for any of the listed shops content or sales/returns policy
  • Only Site Supporters can have a shop
  • Basic Fee system, 5 pence insertation fee and 10% of list price. No final Value fees.
  • All fees go towards our hosting cost as Urban-chickens.com is a non profit making site
  • Please see site rules for what you can and can't sell in your shops
 Consumers:
Consumers are not required to enter any paypal details in order to purchase items from shops within the iCommerce System. Consumers can simply browse the iCommerce System shops to make their purchases. If you are here as a Consumer, you can begin browsing by clicking the Shops tab above.
Merchants:
Merchants are required to enter their paypal details before being allowed to list items within a shop. If you are here as a Merchant, you should first, from the iCommerce System tabs, go to My Account and enter in your paypal details. This My Account page is also where you will pay your bill if it applies to you. After you have saved your paypal details, come back to the Home tab and then click on Shops -> Create New Shop. Once you have created your own iCommerce Shop, click on your shop title and you may begin listing items for sale.
