title says it all, let the girls out to free range earlier and 1 of them pooped on the path, and full of what looks like beansprouts, only they are wriggling, the girls were only wormed about 3 weeks ago. there was no sign of any worms in the coop this morning when i let them out, they are all bright and perky, so ive wormed them again with verm x and ive ordered some flubenvet , anything else i can do?

What did you use to worm them with 3 weeks ago? Flubenvet should do the trick. It needs to go in their food and given over a week.

I've not used verm x but I think it's used more as a preventative rather than a cure - might be wrong and I'm sure someone will correct me if I am!! Flubenvet will get rid of them for sure.
1 level teaspoon to a 5kg feeder full of feed (this should feed about 5 chickens for a week or just under). It should be mixed into a handful of feed and then add another handful and mix it up and so on so you know the pellets are well covered.
Let us know how you get on.

Yes you are doing right by using Flubenvet now. As you now have an actuive worm colony, you will need to wormed them over the week as NIna says, and then again 3 weeks later.
After that its just every 6 months with Flubenvet.
You will notice that the poop will become more watery when you are worming with Flubenvet.

Once upon a time I had a garden, then I got hens!
